North Wales Police are very concerned for the welfare of Douglas Wragg, aged 79, from the East Yorkshire area.
Mr Wragg, who was staying as a guest in a Llandudno guest house for the weekend, was last seen in Church Walks on Saturday, 10th October 2009 at around lunchtime.
He is described as being 5' 10" tall, medium build and has a trimmed white beard. He speaks with a Yorkshire accent, usually wears glasses, but may not have been wearing them on Saturday, and is a keen walker.
It is now known what he was wearing when he was last seen, but he may have been wearing a baseball cap.
Mr Wragg will be in need of medication for a heart condition.
Police have launched an extensive search of the Great Orme area but are requesting public information as he may have become confused and gone to stay in an alternative hotel or guest house.
Anyone with information about Mr Wragg is asked to ring North Wales Police on 101 or 0845 607 1001 (Welsh line) or 0845 607 1002 (English line).
