The event takes place at St Helen's on Thursday November 5 and will include fireworks and a circus skills workshop.
The workshop will feature opportunities for people to have a go at activities such as juggling, stilt-walking and unicycling.
Fire jugglers have also been booked to perform throughout the night and there will be entertainment on the stage from the Lockdown Street Dance Academy as well as live music and games from The Wave and Swansea Sound.
The gates open at 5.30pm and the main fireworks display starts at 7.30pm.
Swansea Council is behind the event.
Cllr Graham Thomas, Swansea Council's Cabinet Member for Culture, Recreation and Tourism, said: "It's a fantastic atmosphere at the St Helen's ground on fireworks night.
"We're providing a range of things for youngsters to see and do that lead up to a spectacular fireworks display and this is why I'd urge people to get to the ground early to avoid queuing and to have plenty of time to see what's on offer.
"Families in the area can be reassured that the fireworks at St Helen's will be the best display in the area and that people's safety will be paramount.
"It promises to be a great evening."
