Two people have been taken to hospital following a road traffic collision in Amlwch this morning.
Shortly after 10:30am North Wales Police received a report of a single-vehicle collision on Lon Goch.
An ambulance was called and an elderly woman has been taken to hospital with what is believed to be minor injuries and an elderly man was airlifted by the Air Ambulance.
Both were taken to Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor.
The man who was airlifted to hospital following the single-vehicle collision remains in hospital but his condition has improved. His injuries are now being described as minor.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have been travelling along that particular stretch of road and who witnessed the collision, to contact officers at the Western Roads Policing Unit on 101, or 0845 607 1001 (Welsh line) or 0845 607 1002 (English line).
The road remains closed at this time but it is expected to re-open within the next hour.
