All change for Cardiff

Back to back away wins over Ebbw Vale and Glamorgan Wanderers in successive weeks have not deterred the coaching staff from making 10 changes in Cardiff's starting lineup for tomorrow''s home fixture against Cross Keys (2.30pm).

Nicky Roberts, Jimmy Norris and Daniel Preece are set to make their full debuts while Craig Morgan and Richard Jones form a new midfield partnership and Darren Allinson starts at scrum-half.

Adam Powell, Jake Thomas and Matthew Veater return to the pack where Garry Horrigan also makes his first start of the campaign and Jamie Ringer leads the side for the first time.
