Councillors urged to U-turn through You Tube

As part of his campaign to save leisure facilities on Anglesey Plaid Candidate Dylan Rees has produced a seven-minute “You Tube” video. The bilingual video contains interviews with local residents from across Anglesey.

Mr Rees stated:

“I have e-mailed this video link to all forty Anglesey County Councillors because I want them to see and hear for themselves what local people think of the plans to close swimming pools and Canolfan Beaumaris. There is overwhelming public opposition to these closure plans and I believe that this video helps to communicate the human element of that strength of feeling. Hopefully it will help to influence the Council in changing its original decision at their next meeting on September 15.”
