Police appeal for man missing from Ebbw Vale hospital

Police are appealing for information on a 41-year-old man who absconded from Willow Unit, Hillside, Ebbw Vale on Monday evening.

Lyn Davies is described as being white, having shaved hair, he is approximately five feet eight inches tall.

When he was last seen, at around 7.30pm on Monday evening, he was wearing blue jeans, black jacket, a beanie hat and white trainers. It is believed Mr Davies could be in the West Wales area.

Police are concerned because Mr Davies is believed to have absconded without his prescribed medication and he is considered a potential risk.

Members of the public are advised not to approach Mr Davies if they see him but to contact police instead on 101 or 01633 838 111 if phoning from outside Wales.
