Swansea's little artists at poet's centre

Children as young as two are having their very own exhibition in Swansea's Dylan Thomas Centre.

The budding young artists who attend the Waun Wen and Townhill Flying Start childcare centres used inspiration from their favourite story to work with a community artist to demonstrate their talents.

The exhibition runs at the Dylan Thomas Centre until Sunday, September 20 and features pieces of work by 30 two-year-olds.

The project uses stories as a starting point. Children in Waun Wen used their favourite story We're going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen. With the recent good weather they were able to take a break from their art work to go for their own bear hunt in the local park.

The Centre is open daily from 10am to 4pm.
