Pupils rewarded for prize-winning blogs

Two pupils from St Cenydd Comprehensive School in Caerphilly are looking forward to some retail therapy in the run up to Christmas after winning a blog competition on Caerphilly County Borough Council's 'You Go 4 It' website.

Lauren Williams and Charlotte Pursey won £150 each in High Street vouchers of their choice by writing the winning blogs on the website run by the authority's Catering Services.

Healthy Food trainer Cheryl Barge and Catering Area Supervisor Julie Mewett recently visited the school to present the girls with their vouchers in a school assembly.
