Bills delight for winner of the Latest Rent Bonanza

A gentleman from Cwmgors is £250 better off - thanks to paying his bills on time. Reginald Edwards won the latest cash prize in Neath Port Talbot Council's rent bonanza prize draw.

The draw takes place every three months as a thank you to council tenants who pay rent and water bills on time.

Reginald Edwards received his prize from Councillors Peter Rees & Linda Williams.
