Police in Powys have charged a 45 year old man from Kent with causing death by dangerous driving.The charges are brought following an incident on Strata Florida, Powys, on September 5, 2008. This involved a 4x4 vehicle during floods.
The man will appear at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates Court on December 2, 2009.
