An all Wales charity network is inviting older people to get in touch to find out what it can do for them.
Members of the Age Concern Partnership Wales provide services to improve the lives of older people across the country.
Christine Thomas, Age Concern Partnership Wales Officer explains:
“There are Age Concerns right across Wales, each providing a different programme of services to meet the needs of local people in the area it serves.
“The type of services provided by your local Age Concern will depend on where you live, but these can range from providing general information and advice, to running befriending schemes, to practical assistance with everyday matters, to help with filling in benefit forms.”
Christine continues:
“Age Concerns exist to make life better for older people by providing life-enhancing services where they are needed by older people.
“That’s why we’re inviting older people, their families and friends to get in touch with us today to find out what we can do to make your life, or the life of one of your friends or family members, that bit better.”
