Update: Incidents involving stolen vehicle

Gwent police have arrested a 23 year old male in connection to the report of a male driving a stolen Silver Vauxhall Astra, registration KC03JSZ. The driver was reportedly stopping to speak to teenage girls and attempting to entice them into the vehicle in the Caerphilly Borough area. The male is currently in custody and further enquiries are continuing into this matter.
