An update in relation to the incident at the Mountain Park Hotel and Country Club in Flint.44 year old Gavin Jackson from the Stockport area has been charged with manslaughter and remanded in custody this evening, following the death of Michael William Pennington after an altercation Saturday evening.
He will appear before Mold Magistrates court tomorrow, Tuesday 1st September
