Profile: Lindsey Price

Lindsey Price is the Assistant Manger of Zero Degrees Restaurant and Micro Brewery in Westgate Street Cardiff.

Born in Ynysybwl. After Coed-y-Lan school, Lindsey went to Pontypridd Technical College to study Catering. Whilst studying Lindsey worked in a number of pubs including the Bunch of Grapes in Pontypridd and the Commercial in Cilfinyd.

WI: What is you're favorite place in Wales?

LP: It has to be Tenby, a classical West Walian Fishing village.

WI: Favorite Welsh band or musician?

LP: The Stereophonics. Their music is great and they've really put Wales on the map.

WI: Favorite Welsh food or drink?

LP: Faggots & Peas, and Cawl
