Police are appealing for witnesses and information after parked vehicles were damaged in Caernarfon.
Sometime between 11pm on Thursday 20th and 8am on Friday 21st August, eight vehicles were damaged whilst parked on St David’s Road.
PC Mark Worsley said: “It appears that someone has used a sharp object, similar to a key, to cause extensive damage to the bodywork of all eight vehicles.
“It will cost thousands of pounds to repair the damage caused as some vehicles have been scratched on a number of panels.
“I urge anyone who may have information to come forward.”
Anyone who may have witnessed suspicious behaviour in the St David’s Road area, or anyone who may have information regarding the vandalism is asked to contact PC 2764 Mark Worsley at Caernarfon Police Station on 0845 607 1001 (Welsh line) 0845 607 1002 (English line) or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
