Aberystwyth Lifeboat Assists Boat With Engine Failure

The Aberystwyth RNLI lifeboat was called out at 1.20pm on Monday 24th August to assist a boat that had suffered engine failure five miles North West of Aberystwyth.

The 16 foot motor boat Phoenix, with two people on board, had contacted Milford Haven Coastguard by mobile phone to ask for assistance.

The lifeboat quickly made its way to the location and towed the vessel back to Aberystwyth harbour.
