Scarlets prop Rhys Thomas has been cleared of foul play by the WRU Professional Disciplinary Panel.
The player was cited following the Magners League clash between the Scarlets and Leinster at Parc y Scarlets on Saturday 5 September but the Panel deemed the yellow card received by the player at the time of the incident sufficient punishment for his actions.
The player is now immediately available for selection.
