Youngsters at a north Pembrokeshire school have been taking part in Kayaking taster sessions.
Nine pupils from Ysgol Bro Gwaun in Fishguard learnt the basics of the water sport as part of their 5x60 sessions this term.
The sessions were run at Fishguard's Lower Town by coach Mike Mayberry from Mike Mayberry Kayaking.
It's hoped to launch a regular 5x60 Kayaking Club at the school in the summer term.
Organised by Sport Pembrokeshire - the sports development arm of Pembrokeshire County Council - the 5x60 project encourages secondary school children to take part in extra-curricular activities, while getting fit at the same time.
