Police are urging people to be on their guard following two burglaries in the Llanberis area.
The first burglary happened at an address on Church Road, Llanberis, between 18 October and 23 October, when entry was gained by pushing a small window. A small amount of cash was stolen from an envelope on the kitchen table.
The second burglary occurred on Charlotte St in Llanberis on 25 October, between 12.45 and 13.15hours. The offender was seen climbing in through an open first floor window at the rear of the property. He left through the front door, making off with a small amount of cash, taken from a kitchen cupboard.
The man involved in the second incident is described as being of slim build with dark hair. He was wearing a dark/black waist length jacket.
PCSO Michael Couling said: "A small amount of cash was stolen in both cases. We want people to be aware and more security conscious. If anyone sees anyone acting suspiciously in the area we want them to tell the police."
