Workspace opportunity in Cardiff Bay

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lease creative workspace at the Coal Exchange in Mount Stuart Square. After being closed for almost two years, the Exchange is reopening in November as a performance and conference venue, and has a range of studios and workspaces to let to arts organisations and creative businesses.

The Arts Council is negotiating the possibility of affordable rents, and is undertaking a survey of our funded organisations (and others) to ascertain interest and demand for this opportunity.
